Herbilicious Ragi dosa – Ragi / finger millet dosa can be prepared in a healthy and delicious way by adding some coriander leaves to the batter.

Preparation time – 5 mins

Cooking time – 10 mins

Serves – 3

Ragi flour – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Onion – 1

Take the Ragi flour, add salt and required quantity of water to get the dosa batter consistency. Allow it to rest for 10 mins.

Finely chop the coriander leaves and onion and mix well with the batter. 

Heat the tawa and make dosa with the batter and enjoy with sambar or chutney of your choice! Healthy and delicious way of including millets and coriander in our breakfast, refreshing and energetic.
