Egg pepper masala is an easy to make delicious egg dish. The boiled egg would not be everyone’s favourite, so a little masala would do the magic to get the goodness of these healthy boiled eggs.

Egg – 4
Onions – 1
Tomato – 1
Biriyani masala – 1 tsp
Chicken masala – 1 tsp
Pepper -1/2 tsp

Boil the eggs, remove the shell and cut them into bite size pieces. In a Kadai heat some oil and add in the chopped onions. Saute them until they turn transparent. Once it is done add in the chopped tomato and add a pinch of salt to get them get mushy. Now add the masala and mix well. Allow it to cook for a minute, add water (about a tablespoon). Now add in the egg and give it a good stir. Now add required quantity of salt and mix well, finally add the pepper and switch off the flame.

This can be had with variety rice and other rice for lunch or for dosa.
