Ingredients
Avacado – 1
Banana – 1
Milk – 60 ml
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Sugar / honey – 2 tbsp

 
Method

Scoop out the avocado, chop the banana to pieces. 

Take them in a mixer, add the milk, yougurt, sugar.

Grind them into a smooth yummy healthy Avacado smoothie. 

Garnish with a chocolate or grated chocolate. If you wish to change the consistency can add milk and sugar accordingly.
