Buckwheat pancake mix – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2
Powdered Palm candy – 4 tbsp
Butter (melted) – 2 tbsp
In a bowl mix the wet ingredients milk, eggs, butter and Palm candy. Pour this mixed ingredient into the flour and make a smooth batter.
Leave it to rest for 3 to 5 mins. Now heat the tawa and pour a ladle of the batter, allow it to cook for 2 mins and turn to the other side and cook.
Healthy buckwheat pancakes are ready to enjoy with maple syrup, blueberry jam or honey. A simple yummy buckwheat porridge will be yet another way to start the day with this nutritious seed.
