Carrots are the most commonly used vegetable around the world. Carrots are not only delicious taken in any form, they carry a lot of health benefits. Carrot is a very good source of beta carotene and fiber. Beetroot contains vitamin C and other essential vitamins and minerals. To mention, it is an excellent source of folic acid. Apples are rich in anti oxidants, flavonoids and dietary fiber.
Carrot – 1
Beetroot – 1/2
Apple – 1
Chop all the above ingredients to small pieces. Take all of them in a mixer juicer jar, add required quantity of water. Extract the juice and filter further if required. Enjoy this yummy glass of goodness, it tastes good and looks beautiful.
