Maggi noodles is a comfort food for all age groups through any time of the day. It is very true that we have a craving for noodles once in a while. We all come across a time when we are out of home for studies or working and it has been our staple. Anybody and even kids could stir in a bowl of maggi as they are instant and easy to make. But in recent days we have somehow reduced the use of these noodles. However we can try combining this with dosa and make them into rolls for snack rather make it as a meal.

Masala maggi – 1
Idly dosa batter – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2
Tomato – 1/2
Green Chilli – 1

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds once they splutter add in the green Chilli, onion and sauté until the onion turns transparent. Now add in the tomato and sauté until they are soft and cooked.

Add required quantity of water and once they boil add the maggi and masala with a pinch of salt give it a mix and allow it to cook. Stir and allow to cook until the water drains and the noodles is ready.

In a tawa pour the dosa batter and make slightly thick dosa. Now place some maggi n roll them, cut and serve.

Yummy noodles dosa is ready which can be enjoyed without any side dish. This is a simple recipe, variation can be making egg dosa or the noodles with some vegetables.

I used to try this combo with the left over noodles which I would heat in the dosa tawa and have it with dosa.
