Garlic has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties hence prevents us from infections and boosts our immune system. It is a wonder drug and is used as a natural remedy to treat diseases.

Ingredients
Cooked rice –1 cup
Garlic – 10 cloves
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee (clarified butter ) or oil – 1 tbsp
Salt

 
Method

In a tadka pan heat oil, add chopped garlic and fry for 3 to 4 mins until the garlic turns slightly golden brown. Now add salt and continue to stir for a min then add Chilli powder. Switch off the flame and to this add the cooked rice and mix well.
