There are many simpler versions and you can make many different snacks by changing the ingredients.
If you do not want to switch on the stove to make a snack with it just take the pori in a bowl drizzle some coconut oil on and a pinch of Chilli powder mix well and enjoy this quick snack. The other ingredients which can be added while serving the pori are onions (finely chopped), tomatoes (finely chopped), raw mangoes (finely chopped). But these ingredients should go in while serving as they will make the pori soggy if mixed and kept.
